They said it couldn’t be done and I truly believed it. I was so depressed at the prospect of never again being able to own my own home without a lottery type miracle. THEN I started talking to Sandy. She was so patient, understanding and non-judgmental. She suggested we give it a try and see what would happen…she said the very worst that could happen was that we would figure out what needed to be done to buy in the near future. Well, this miracle worker not only got me into my own home, she found the perfect loan for me so I didn’t even need a down payment. She was encouraging and took control of everything… all I had to do was answer her questions and let her work her magic. Truly Sandy went above and beyond at each turn.
